Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026.
1. What SplashTrak is
SplashTrak is a private beta app for logging water ride credits, rating soak levels, and comparing stats with friends. While in beta it is invite-only.
2. Your account
You sign in with a display name and a numeric PIN. Keep your PIN private — you are responsible for anything done under your account. One account per person.
3. Invite codes
Registration requires a single-use invite code from the admin. Codes cannot be reused or transferred.
4. Your content
Reviews, photos, and ratings you post are yours. By posting them you give ${APP_NAME} permission to display them in the app. Post only content you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful.
5. Play fair
Rate rides from your own experience. Don’t game the leaderboards or post fake logs — the admin may remove content or accounts that abuse the app.
6. Beta means beta
SplashTrak is a work in progress: features may change or break. We take reasonable care of your data, but the service is provided as-is with no warranties.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the app grows. Continued use of SplashTrak means you accept the current terms.
